Taking Stock

All of us seem to agree that its been a strange year for the garden.
Outdoor Toms a write off due to blight, but most plants seem to have loved the rain. Runner beans, courgettes have have had a bumper yield, Butternut squash are fruiting, not sure about the Aubergines tho.
Flowers have done well, had some Gladioli given me, grown to about 6 to 7 Ft tall lovrly flowers, roses keep blooming, however the crab apple tree has blossom on it, which is strange.
so overall not a bad year, just ignore the seasons, plant according to local conditions and temps.

Even my tomato plants loved the weather until the last couple of weeks - they were over 6ft tall.
