I live in Charleston South Carolina US. I am an artist, I paint oils on canvas. I love gardening, mostly flowers, built a lovely pond in my back garden. I am married 27 years to an Englishman, and we enjoy visiting the his native country via this website. We have two female English Springer Spaniels, and one incredible male Yorkshire terrier. The subtropical climate of Charleston allows me have have something in bloom year round. However, we have to be vigilant about keeping herons from using the pond as a free sushi bar, and the 'girls', Vanessa Bell and Virginia Woolf, do a fantastic job on their daily 'heron watches.'
