Mebennet, we have a plot of land behind our back garden which we converted into a smallholding for keeping our chickens and growing our own. I am an organic gardener and try to keep everything healthy by growing in netted raised beds, its all trial and error but very rewarding :-)

Looks like your plants have been busy! It must be very satisfying eating it all :o)

I love the pic of your basket, marrows etc it would make a lovely framed picture for a kitchen.

yes Kimi it is most satisfying picking veg a few minutes before it goes in the pan :-)

Keep up with the good and hard work, so much better for you when you can pick it and eat it, we only ever had veg from the garden when we were kids, no wonder you won a prize!!!!

Its hard work DD2 but as anyone who grows there own knows, extremely rewarding and nothing tastes better :-)
