South Worden

Much has changed in the gardens of South Worden over the last two years. The centre piece of the Wildflower garden/ Cherry tree Avenue is a 250.000 year old Granite stone from Bodmin Moor. I have planted some 40 trees [originating from 11 different countries with 10,000 wild daffodil bulbs, bluebells, and crocuses complete this area.
The front garden also known as the Rose garden has been overhauled with the addition of a Pergola, Fire and Ice beds, many new Roses, clematis, Conifers and shrubs.
There is now a 80 foot long flowerering cherry tree avenue leading to a quiet peaceful Japanese inspired garden.
I am very pleased to announce that we are open from 2014 as part of the National Garden Scheme.

What a lovely pergola....and it must have been a hard job getting that huge stone home to your garden! It makes a lovely feature.

The quintessential English Country garden and that pergola is just the ticket. I like the stone too.
