I 've bought them aswell from Wilkinsons. I should think there would be places in Dublin where you can get them such as DIY stores etc.

Adrienne~welcome to GOY!
I haven't grown seeds this last year but I am planning to get some flower seeds in as soon as possible~have you tried putting 'plastic seed tray' in Google and checking what comes up?
It is great when you see a whopping big plant and know you grew it yourself from a seed.

Welcome to GOY. I hope you enjoy it. I would be interested to see what seeds you sew. I'm going to sew some this year too. I haven't had much success lately after moving but I hope for better things this year. Maybe we'll have better weather too.

Hi Adrienne - Welcome to GOY - we are all gardening mad on here! I'm in England and have saved the trays that any bedding plants come in to grow plants on. I know you won't have any yet, but it's worth doing that for the future.
In the meantime, if you can't track down any, why not use ordinary deep seed trays and space your 'babies' out in those? I do that if I run out of the plastic ones. They stay there until they've been hardened off and I plant them out from there.

Hi Adrienne.
If you are unable to get any locally you may be able to use cartons that you have bought yoghurt etc in~make sure you use a needle or something to prick holes in so that nothing becomes water logged!
