I live in Rome and have a decent size garden. When I am sad, happy or simply just disoriented I dive into my plants, trees, flowers etc... I do have green fingers but am a neophyte and am learning by trial and error. Thank God for nature! I have woderful Lemon trees, Hortensias, Bouganville, Star Magnolia etc etc ...
Unfortunately my Italian friends think I'm nuts when I ramble on about gardening...and even though my family appreciate, they do not share my enthusiasm, so I do need friends who do!
