What lovely pictures. You have a lot going on. I prefer to think of it as midsummer with some lovely days going into september and a long beautiful autumn. How ever I am already planning for next year and making a list of what has to move and what I can do better. In the mean time I am enjoying every sunshiny hour.

Not too long at all. Loved it - you've got some smashers there Alex. Just think, in the depths of winter when you can't get into your garden (nothing's growing there anyway), you can sit and look at these and cheer yourself up. There's always the next summer to look forward to!!

The box said DavidII, but the pictures I have seen on google of DavidII look nothing like this one.

I have never seen a "sparkly" looking one before.
