I’m learning more and more about these beautiful plants.
Firstly they need copious amounts of water.
Secondly, they need to be potted on regularly.
Thirdly, the way to see if they are ready to flower is for the top stems to develop a ‘Y’ shape.

We learn something new every day :o)
I grew one once but the flowers were a washed out lemony colour, and I can't say I was thrilled with it. I hope yours is better than that.
