My husband nicknamed me the "black thumb of doom" so I took that as a personal challenge to change his mind. So far its hit and miss, but every time a new flower emerges its like magic and between you and me, I feel a warm glow of pride that this little thing has survived ... perhaps inspite of me! I'm a professional photographer so I love growing flowers and then photographing them as a sideline from my usual weddings and portraits. I'm hoping this site can help me fill in the blanks and that I can emerge a better, greener thumbed gardener. Thanks for having me :)
