I was born in Cornwall, although I emigrated to Australia when I was young. Came home in the 70's and lived in the Midlands with my parents. Then met my man and joined him in Cornwall. So back to my roots. We have two boys, two cats and a good life. We have a garden which we have split into two at the top closest to the house we have a bricked area. The children have used it for riding, skating etc. We use it as soon as the weather gets better and have all our meals outside. All my plants are in pots but there is colour all year round. The lower half of the garden is grassed and we have a cornish hedge surrounding it. Of course a barbeque. We planted a cherry tree some years ago which is so beautiful when in full bloom, a beech with its branches reaching up high and a few established rhododendrons. We have really put all our time an energy into our house as its over two hundred years old and needs a lot of tlc. So my garden is not as full as I would like. But it will only get better in time.
