It's made with honey and garlic and water which is boiled into a syrup and then strained, and because the garlic is cooked it is not real strong. Of course you have to like garlic, but we all do. The only thing you have to be careful of is not to burn it or the garlic gets bitter.

I've made wine a few times, over the years but not recently (been too busy) I've made elderberry and elderflower but my best and favourite was bramble wine, absolutely georgeous, I might take it up again as it was fun and easy to do and great to drink.
I've got a recipe book tucked away somewhere that I could look up rhubarb for you if you wanted.

Rhubarb wine! Wow, that sounds fascinating. I have never tried making wine. We make a lot of other things including a garlic cough syrup, that helped a lot when the kids were little, very soothing but no drugs. Years ago my hubby made beer, but wine sounds interesting.
