This morning we went down the sea front to see the effect the wave’s were having on Teignmouth, I thought you might like to see it to .

We went to our favorite cafe on the sea front " The Eastcliff Cafe " I dont think they were open today, ha ha.

The Main Plymouth to Exeter railway line’s are there some were.

This is how the cafe usually looks.

So dramtic it all looks your so brave taking those photos great shots, think I would of taken my shower gel lol , I hope the summer makes up for it, shame about the cafe perhaps the sandwich and cuppa would be soggy and over flowing if it was open.

Very dramatic photos Sue ... I remember walking the Teignmouth trail a few years ago ... when it was much calmer weather! You stay safe down there ... :o)

Wow - people have been swept away taking photos like that! It's not like it was the day you showeed us the walk along the front! Glad you got home safely. Our St Davids road is still closed as the pebble sea wall got washed onto the road again, and when it was replaced the flood waters were still too deeo to drive through.

For those that don't realise, Teignmouth is the next place along the coast from Dawlish where the sea wall has been swept away, and the railway line left dangling in mid-air
