Half done

The left hand border at the front is done, took over an hour to finish digging out the wretched dandelions.

No grass cut today, it started to rain this afternoon, so it will be a couple of days before we are able to get on to cut it.

Its very cold today, I have lit the fire this afternoon, my hands are frozen. I seem to remember that it was a bit like this last year, the weather changed when I was in hospital, it was unbearable in there, they had the heat on as well as it being hot outside.

The solamans seal which was sent to me by a quilting friend in Scotland is doing well, It has put up several flower spikes, looks so pretty. I really must get the geranium and petunias in. The border is beginning to look stuffed, which ios what I was hoping for. I do not want to put much more in. The shrubs need room to grown

Hopefully I will get out into the garden on Friday, I am commited all day tomorrow.
