I recently moved to a great area in Wisconsin right along the border with Illinois. My home is beautiful and on almost an acre with a swampy/wooded space behind me. The wooded area is dry in the summer but swampy in spring/fall and fairly deep. Very nice when in the summer/fall with all the foliage but kinda ugly in the winter/spring. The area around the house has a ton of great potential for both flowers and a veggie garden so I'm looking forward to putting in the blood, sweat, tears, and my bank account this year!
