There is no need to go searching for garden ornaments.

They are expensive. There is Garden Art in your kitchen !
When you think about it, a lot of talent goes into making
kitchenalia. Why not use it to enhance your plants ?
I was planning to struggle to take a small wine rack to the
charity shop on my walking aid. A long way from the car park.
Then I thought ’ Thats stupid, it would look really nice in
the Grass Plants section of my gravel border.’
I knew someone years ago who had an old electric kettle just outside her front door on a small rockery. It raised many a smile, but looked quite at home.

I quite agree with you, Diane. I have all sorts of bits and pieces in my garden. I had an old saucepan stand which I used for potted plants, or sometimes long flower bags. I like the sound of the kettle, and I bet your wine rack will look good.

When we think about it household items we see every day
took time and talent to design. Why throw this talent
away ?

I agree. I've got some cracked 'antique' jugs hanging on a trellis lol. They look nice, and it's less stuff to go to the landfill site :)
