i have not got one pot left standing am heartbrocken all my dahlies are lying on the patio floor ornamants are blown over wind is really bad here all the eating apples are blown down and the damsons most ot cooking apples thankfully my neighbours come and help themselves to there are too many for us so we give them awaysadly no eaters to give away now thankfully my aviaries are all strong and safe dot345

What type of birds do you have ?
The aviaries must be very strongly made.

Sorry to hear of all your damage Dot, I can just imagine how you feel after all your hard work you have put into everything. Keep your chin up and as sticki suggested have a couple of vases of your pretty dalias indoors. :>)

sorry to hear that dot. can you pick any of the dahlias to have as cut flowers?
what a shame, its so soul destroying to lose things and not be able to do anything about it.
