Before shots

Encouraged by Annella, & after looking at her Before & After shots this morning, I braved the stong wind outdoors & took some photos of different areas of my garden …. not exactly Before shots, as this is how the garden is right now! This will be our first spring/summer period in this house, so over the autumn & winter we have been busy renovating indoors, but now it is time to turn our full attention onto the garden & give this old house (for NZ) the romantic garden she ought to have been given a very long time ago. Lots of very hard work ahead of us. But I am greatly encouraged from looking at Annella’s photos this morning … & all the other beautiful gardens on this site. My head is full of ideas & visions ….. will just take a few years to get there!! Hoping for lots of encouragement along the way!

Thank you for all of your kind comments Dwyllis. I have been on this site for two years now and still find it an amazing source of inspiration. Lots of other members have made before and after blogs that I'm sure you would love, Karensusan63 being one and more recently Cinderella. I think I will suggest a Goypedia page for them.
