Last weekend we had some lovely weather and I felt brave enough to put out some of the hardier container plants whilst keeping an eye on the night-time temperatures. However, we are almost back to winter temperatures and mizzly, drizzly rainy days with intermittent North East winds.
Hope it gets better later today as am off to the Annual Open Day put on by Lincoln Police. Loads of things to see and do including dog trials and a demonstration by the Underwater Search Team. Shall not go on the skid pan – oh alright, maybe!
Looking forward to the plant sale at Welton next Saturday followed by the cat show on Sunday, at which my friend is showing one of her 9 huge Maine Coon cats.
