Clematis 'Cassis'
This has an unusual small double purple & white mottled flower and is really lovely, I have it planted with another clematis 'Black Prince'. I bought it in 2008 and it got left in its pot over winter. The poor thing was tied to a hoop shaped cane and I had to unravel it so I could plant it vertically-I was amazed how well it grew in its 1st season so look forward to it being better this year.
