Acer
Will go in the border underneath the kitchen window where it's a little more sheltered and shady.
UPDATE: we had 4 acers in total but 1 succumbed to the wet weather this year - we think it got some sort of fungal root infection so it had to come out. It is very wet and clayey in the border it was in so possibly no surprise...we're still learning.
