We moved into a new build property in October 2008. The back garden north east facing and downward sloping. The garden was newly turfed when we moved in, but digging down revealed a couple of inches of top soil then heavy clay soil, plus alot of builders debris. We have limited gardening knowledge, but a love of being outside, getting our hands dirty and hard work!
