Bamboo - Yellow groove
Genus: Phyllostachys.
Species: Phyllostachys aureosulcata.
Not really sure why but, I decided that the name 'Otto' suited this bamboo. He's planted in a lined hole so I hope he doesn't escape and run all over the garden!
