Cercis chinensis 'Don Egolf'
Genus: Cercis.
Species: Cercis chinensis.
Small tree/large shrub with loads of small, bright pink flowers. One of my favorite redbuds, only gets to 9' tall and doesn't produce those ugly brown seedpods in fall. The only downside is it isn't hardy where I live so it has to be grown in a container.
