Genus: Juniperus.
Species: Juniperus rigida.
Fast-growing weeping Juniper. This is my favorite Juniper and wasn't an easy plant to find. It's not considered hardy here but a few nurseries are selling hardy forms and I have seen them growing unprotected at a few nurseries and gardens.
