Euphorbia 'Stygiana'
Lovely plant sent to me by Botanicalady a couple of years ago, critically endangered species of perennial evergreen shrub, less than 50 mature shrubs in the wild, endemic to Santa Maria Island in the Azores.
Grows to 1.5 metres tall by 1 metre across, dark green leaves and yellow flowers.
I kept this in its pot for quite a while as I was a bit nervous of planting it out it being so rare but planted out last summer in the border at the bottom of the garden in front of cephalaria and its growing really well more than doubled in size already.
