Summerina Orange syn Echibeckia
A stunning new hybrid rudbeckia with strong, upright branched stems and dark green, slightly hairy leaves. The large, velvety daisy blooms open from midsummer, rusty orange petals, darker towards the centre form a cartwheel around chocolate cone-shaped centres. The blooms are long lasting, attractive to bees and butterflies and make excellent cut flowers. The seedheads remain attractive in the border long after the leaves have fallen.
