Jasmine Night-blooming
Bought 3 small potted trees for $1.00 each from Carolyn Wilson's greenhouse 8-28-01. I gave one tree to Cheri in 2006. It has bloomed sparcley during the summer and twice it bloomed during the winter. It had just a few blooms on it and it about drove me out of the house with such a strong scent. Lovely, but very strong.
Summer 2008 I applied Miracle Grow Bloom Booster to them 3-4 times a week and watered them daily. End August it had so many buds on it I couldn't believe it. Now they are both blooming and the scent is so strong I can hardly stand to go outside for very long. I'm allergic to strong perfumes and this is surely a strong perfume ! But it dies smell heavenly out there if you don't go too close. There are hundreds of blooms on each one !
