Foxglove
Genus: Digitalis.
Species: Digitalis purpurea.
They have to be one of my favourite plants for the period while they are in flower, but they are not the best earners of their keep in a small garden, since they're nothing much to look at when they are rosettes for ages. So this year I didn't encourage them to seed as much, just going for a couple here and there
