Bronze fennel
Genus: Foeniculum.
Species: Foeniculum vulgare.
Back garden plant didn;t come back in the spring in 2009 but a new plant mysteriously appeared out the front instead. I want to plant some more fennel out the back. In spite of its reputation for self-seeding, it doesn't tend to in my heavy soil.
