Gardendaffs's Profile

I live on the north east coast of Scotland. The garden has 'evolved' over the years and we(that's my husband and me!!) keep adding on another feature or border. It has been an uphill struggle getting anything to grow, because of the salt laden winds from the north...however we have stuck at it and we even have a few trees, birch, rowan and wild cherry. They are sheltered behind a large fence, but as soon as they pop there heads over the top they get blasted! My husband has a large veg garden, which he ploughs with a vintage tractor called Betsy!! The vegies keep us going almost all year. I am passionate about flowers and am always on the lookout for something new.
