MY DAY'S DIARY

Greenhouse has had a good washing in all that rain, but outside there’s no petals left on the roses and the borders are flooded. Might get a canoe for a water feature next year, it could come in handy for getting around the paths. Not to worry, tomorrows another day. I hope everyone else had a good day.x

Sounds a really awful day. Hospitals, thunder and lightning and floods. Hope hubby is home soon. I had all that in March when hubby went in for an operation and broke his pelvis instead and spent a month fretting and fumimg in hospital. Still has to have the operation! That is how I came to join GOY. I spent so much time on the internet that I came across this website. I have had great consolation from the garden. I do hope all works out well for you and hubby.

I hope today is better for you Dotty and that Hubby is OK now. At least the sun is shining, well it is here anyway!
Things can only get better as they say....

Oh what a terrible day you've had. Hope your husband improves and is back home very soon. I have only just caught up with your photos and blogs so a very belated welcome to GoY. Do hope you've had a better day today.

Oh dear, what an awful day you had. Sorry to hear that. We buried my mother's ashes so I didn't have a good day either.
I did have a lovely gift though - a beautiful rose. I'm going to put it in a blog when I get my camera fixed. There's always a silver lining - you just have to look hard for it sometimes.
I hope your husband has good results from his tests and is able to come home soon. It must be a worry for you.
