As you can see, some of the canes on this monster are as wide if not wider than my head!! Imagine that in your garden.

This is in Mauritius in the Pampelmousses Botanic Garden. An amazing place - incredile specimens, if you look at the other picture it shows my wife standing at the base, illustrating how tall it is.
