Lovely to see them growing naturally - only grown in conservatories here a fully grown example costs a fortune and takes years to germinate , a touch of paradise to thaw us out !

Same here with the tulips, took more than 30 years to Hollambra develop a proper tulip culture in Brazil
.
Now you can see them around by june and july, they dont smell like the ones in USA, and are not exuberant, but hey we humans cant coope leaving plants to their own enviroment, lol ... we have this urge to make them grow everywhere...

oh my! I love the shape of this flower. I forgot the name, but it does grow in Hawaii too. chucks! I sometimes wish that I had space for a greenhouse! I would have soo many flowers then. in the meantime, I'll enjoy the pictures of them! thanks for showing them! greets from brush
