This is the oldest tree I have, dug it up out of a condemned hedge about 1998 ... this is actually the top half of the original tree ... air layered about 2003/04 ... amazed it survived tbh ... in search of a nice bonsai dish for this now?

thanks, everyone told me it would fail as an air layer! alas I proved them wrong! :O) sphagnum moss and willow water! ...

Willow water, yeah! Excellent for taking cuttings too.
