I swear these caulis weren't sprayed !!

I saw these in a shop here a few weeks ago. They really looked wierd.

I should imagine they taste the same as ordinary caulies- has anyone ever tried them? This chap (you can just see him peeping on the right) had all sorts in his shop - you've no idea of the taste of the veg down there - must be the sun !! - that made me want to buy all his wares - a bit difficult when you're only allowed 15 kilos on the plane - next time I'm going down in a campervan!!
