The two tiny sweet red peppers and the glut of chilies we got.

Hi Linda,
I basically spread them out on the table for a week or so and they all dried out. After that we just keep them in a plastic bag in the cupboard. They lasted a year and I had seeds to plant the following year too. I think we eat quite a lot of chilli so these are great as we can get a years supply from just a few plants! Brilliant :o)
The few sweet peppers we got were eaten quite quickly.

We grow the large capsicum sweet pepper, and freeze them.
