Lindak's Profile

A keen gardener for many years. My previous garden has featured on the BBC and won Best Garden in the East Midlands 2000. It was a well used family garden of a listed building circa 1800, and I adored spending my time there. I love colour and all the wildlife my garden supports.
In October, 2008 I moved further up the hill to a bungalow with a small garden that had rather overgrown shrubs and flowerbeds. You can see a lot of sky from here and it's more windy. The soil is clay so needed some working on.
I intend to grow some veg as I love to pick then cook.
I enjoy painting and write children's stories and poetry in all forms. I like to go walking and enjoy watching the wildlife, and the changes in the seasons.
