Are they hot ones The Norfolk, do you plan to eat them?

They are medium hot and at the moment 4" to 5" long. Yes I use them both fresh and preserved. As I grow so many chillies I preserve them in jars of white vinegar or olive oil with herbs such as Rosemary and Mustard Seed. Im also growing Scotch Bonnets (now they are very hot) Ceyenne and Habanero.

Very nice! Watch out for those Scotch Bonnets, they will blow your head off! They are too hot for me and I adore spicy food! Wish mine were this far along.

Lol Wohlibuli, I make a Chillie pickle with those to sweeten them up a bit and take the edge off the heat. They havent flowered yet, I will take pictures of the others when they start fruiting.

Oooh! That does sound good. We have an old rural inn and restaurant about 1 hour north of us that makes and sells all their own jams and preserves. Their Red Pepper jam is to die for! : )
Norfolk,
I heard of a pineapple and Habenero pickle called Island Fire sauce, I'd like to try to make. It sounds sweet and tasty too!
