Many palms in the little city of Lake Elsinore. My father lives close to this city which is like living in hell...it's so hot there. The temps never go below 95 - 102 degrees F. / 35 - 39 degrees C. in summer and much of fall. It was cool 92F / 33 degrees C. this day. Photo taken June 19, 2010.

Is the 20C a daytime high or morning low temp? That's about our average morning low temps during summer (between 20 - 22 degrees C. in my area of San Diego). The highs average between 85 - 92F/ 29 - 33C. for inland San Diego...however, can get much, much hotter!
The Temecula Valley (where Lake Elsinore is located) in July of 2006 got up to 122 degrees F/ 50 degrees C.(it was humid also)...it was during one of California's hottest/ most humid summers on record for many cities. We had so many weeks of "excessive heat warnings" issued by the National Weather Service. It was a crazy hot year!

Meanie:
Are you going into a heat wave?
20 - 22C is similar to downtown San Diego's weather. It's been below normal temps for the whole spring. Luckily or sometimes not so lucky my temps are 10 - 20 degrees higher than downtown S.D.

No heatwave - just warming up. Maybe 26 deg.c today.
