It's not hardy, Busybee. You must be very careful with this banana. Must be removed from the ground best before the temperature is below 5 degrees. Should be stored over winter in a dry place. Does not need watering in this time. But worth the effort because it can grow quite tall and is very beautiful. Thanks for the comment Flori!
