Lovely ripe figs , does anybody know if you can freeze figs , that is if I get more than I can eat , thanks

I don't think you can freeze them, what about jam or some other preserve?

You can freeze them but the results are not very good, they go mushy. I think Ams idea would be better.

They look delicious Amy. Nothing nicer than fresh figs...yummy!
If you get more than you can eat I am always willing to accept leftovers lol! Just kidding...You could always dry some. Check this site for how to....http://www.ochef.com/9.htm
