Over 180 bulbs of all sorts I bought today to put in the ground for next spring...

ok, I said 180 but I was totally wrong-I have 144 tulip bulbs alone! it's more like a little over 250 -i'm unsure of the exact number, it changed each time I tried to add them up (I'm not a banker!)...

Yes m'dear - bulbs are very addictive (best not to nibble them either - our squirrels go loopy if they eat crocus!) - I just did a similar thing to you and have way too many - mostly tulips.

Oh my gosh i thought i was bad enough with 50! you'll need a back massage after all that, i borrowed my elderly fathers bulb planter it had a long handle so i didn't have to bend so much!
Look forward to spring though, when is spring in Newfoundland?

it depends...spring usually begins in april, but there are usually a few weeks of snow still covering the ground that has to melt. i have 108 of the bulbs already planted...
