Fritillaria Meleagris - checkered lily

Planted two groups of 25 in the fall of 2007. Last year one deformed plant and flower came up, but this year over a dozen plants and 6 flowers came up. Can't wait to see the results next year!

I'm just happy they are alive, even if they're taking their time in making an appearance.
