Yes, silver birch. It's a bit different to the bird tables that look very factory processed and I thought it blended in well with the planting.The collared doves seem to like it, there always seems to be two of them in it.

Thanks Gilli, the tall silvcer plant is a Pineapple Broom 'Cytisus Battandieri' I think that's how it's spelt. It has lovely bright yellow (scented) flowers in early summer and grows into a small tree/ large shrub.

A lovely little "dining" area - bet the birds love it !!

And it's right by our front room window so we can see the activity. It's mainly Ring collared doves and Wood Pigeons.
