Thanks all, and yes Bonkers, bulbs would be good. I have lots of daffs and bluebells, that were dug up to make way for the pond, but that little barrow is onlt about 5 inches deep, so it will have to be something smaller....and Clarice......we are seeing rain for the 1st time this morning....so glad we are finally getting some here.....

Thanks Sanbaz....she was my last Aunt.......all that generation have gone now......Sad....but I shall be able to look at this and smile about her....She was an old devil....called a spade a spade, and said exactly how she felt and didnt worry about who she upset by saying it.....Thats what I loved about her, and that what will make me smile......My dear "to the point" Aunt......

She was brilliant....I loved her to bits even if she did make your hair stand on end at times.....ha ha ha .....

my great gran was like that, she looked like an old fashioned nanny, very stern and straight to the point lol, but loved her to bits,i use to be amazed at the big mole on her face, hehehe and her earings pulled down on her ears so the holes had stretched, never forget that :o) funny how they stick in your mind

Do you know my Nan's ears were exactly the same Sandra.....She always wore long dangly earings, and had great long slits in her ears. Makes me cringe now when I think about it.....Lol
