August 2009. My first visit to Wisley. Fantastic Sunday spent there. I was locked in the gardens because I kept taking pictures, pretending I don't hear the sound of the bells - luckily my husband was outside and did't let ladies working in the shops lock the gate and leave me inside:)

Ha ha, great gardens do that to you don't they ? You just lose track of time. Among my favourites are Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Barnsdale, Ryton Organic Gardens, Helmsley Walled Garden and David Austin Roses. There are of course many, many more. :-)
