Bayur tree is not so commonly grown in Southern California. This tree in Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. is the largest tree I've ever seen...never have even seen one larger in Hawaii. It stands appoximately 60+ feet/ 19+ meters tall. It is full of flower buds and had a few open flowers. It is native to Southeast Asia, from India to Burma. Photo taken Jan. 28, 2010
