I think this is what its called,loved it,but sadly cant keep them..

Looks like the grass Pennisetum rubrum, Dee. They are not really hardy over winter, and really only survive with fleece protection or grown in containers which can be moved into a frost-free shed or similar to spend the cold months. It looks great here, though. :-)
