they like to eat in the grasses a lot and the railing of my deck where I scatter seed for them...Larry & Mary Jane lay in the window and chatter at them..somehing fierce...

We have juncos here too. They seem to prefer ground feeding to the feeder, The redwing blackbirds are trilling everywhere and there was a robin on the light pole this morning. The birds know spring is coming in spite of the snow!

No Redwings yet but they are down in the marshes preparing their nests I am sure....they will come up the bluff around the end of March so ..not much longer...I love their song.
