I know what you mean Sandra. I have only eaten one as they are just too pretty to pick. Hopefully I can find the other photos I have taken as several of them are now open and a couple have already gone over.
Picking your brains now...do you cut just the top off at this time of year or right down to the base? I don't think anymore will develop now as the weather is so cold (frost tonight!!)

i cut all the stems off and leave the leaves to do their own thing. you can leave them on in the winter if the wind dosen't blow them down they can look nice.
